I was simply saying that i've found Buxton beers to have the same quality you have described in your review of this Ballards beer.

Bottle conditioning can be amazing but few breweries get it right, from what you say it looks like Ballards are right on the money.Neil, Eating isn't Cheatinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08675093938811871515noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9182573841304819163.post-70824408768127093652011-07-01T12:28:50.067+01:002011-07-01T12:28:50.067+01:00Neil - In fairness to the brewery I ought to start...Neil - In fairness to the brewery I ought to start by saying that I'm sure you meant to write 'Ballard's' and not 'Buxton' (I've not quite got round to those guys yet) but yes, I totally agree that bottle-conditioning does not nearly work often enough. In fact, mostly it just fails.

Normally I'm just grateful not to get horrid lumps in my glass, but with this one - not only was that not a problem - but the effect on the beer was monumentally good.

All breweries should take a good look at this beer.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17852488639948144328noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9182573841304819163.post-18853440604064459882011-07-01T12:22:00.951+01:002011-07-01T12:22:00.951+01:00Great review, and what a fantastic looking beer. As you quite rightly say its extremely hard to pull off but when done right bottle conditioning is amazing.

I mean just look at kernel beers, they bottle condition everything they put out and im yet to taste anything less than brilliance from them.Neil, Eating isn't Cheatinghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08675093938811871515noreply@blogger.com
